I have been with fatcow for 2 months, had move from godaddy. This is the first true web hosting account I have ever used, so this is a noob review. The customer support is always quick in response with the live chat option, or you can always submit a ticket or call them if you prefer. My domains transfer from godaddy to fatcow was not problem and the control panel is easy to use. Even I can figure it out. Overall, I’m happy with fatcow. I have no problem to complaint about so far.
