Horribal customer support, I have tired to get in contact with customer support many times my longest time is 45 mins on hold and still no one picks up. Emails are answered well over 24 hours. I bought a domain with them after 2 days I still didn't own it, they charged me for it though.

They charge you for things that should be free, like good customer support ( I assume good, wasn't paying $50 a month for it) as well as site building tools you have to actually pay for if you want to have more then 9 pages.

The good? Canceling was easy.
